Calibration of flow meters is required on a regular basis and where applications have specific quality control requirements, customers are advised to calibrate on an annual or even more frequent basis.

The flow calibration services offered are not widely available with other providers. We offer in-house service at our works or an on-site service at our customers premises where there are a number of meters to calibrate and production down time does not permit their shipping to an off site location for calibration.

All flow metering devices can differ, whether this is from mechanical wear or electronic 'drift'. Also, partial seizure and debris entrapment are other factors which can contribute to inaccuracy and non-linearity of flow meters.
