Calibration of flow meters is required on a regular basis and where applications have specific quality control requirements, customers are advised to calibrate on an annual basis.

All flow metering devices can differ, whether this is from mechanical wear or electronic ‘drift’. Also, partial seizure and debris entrapment are other factors which can contribute to inaccuracy and non-linearity of flow meters.

    What calibration services can we offer?

  • Multi product variable viscosity Gravimetric flow.
  • Flow rates up to 500 Litres/Minute, viscosities from 1.2 – 200 cSt.
  • For calibrating all types of flow meters ¼" through to 2 ½"
  • Online viscosity and density measurement as well as temperature control to achieve required viscosity set points.
  • Used for turbine, positive displacement control of other types of flow meters, such as those used in Aerospace, Oil, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food industries.
